Return Policy

Most of our church supplies are made to order or ship direct from our manufacturers. We cannot accept changes, cancellations or returns once production begins. Not all items are returnable. If you are unsure if your item is returnable, please ask us BEFORE ordering. Email us. All return requests must be in writing. Please email us below.

For returns, please email with the following information:

• Name

• Order ID Number

• Item(s) being returned

• Reason for return

You will be given a return authorization number and instructions for the return.

Please note: no returns will be accepted without prior approval.  Unauthorized returns will be returned to customer and may incur additonal  shipping charges
